Missing Link Bottled Beer

The inspiration behind this brew stemmed from a new take on evolutionary theory. We playfully dubbed it the 'Missing Link,' symbolizing that elusive element everyone seeks – the beer itself. Given its robust IBU content, the team humorously encourages a 'see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil' approach to fully savor its bold flavors.

Close Look At The Design
By integrating monkey vectors from a fellow artist, I positioned our three focal subjects amidst a wheat field, adorning each with a name tag representing our Brewmaster, Matt, and the two Owners, Carlos and Michael. This design was carefully crafted to convey the origins of the brew's name and underscore the utilization of barley in its production.

This is where we unveiled the brew, positioning the bottle prominently in our bar against the backdrop of our iconic duck mural. Even without seeing the Ruddy Duck logo, customers can easily identify this brew. It's almost as if you're savoring the brew alongside the beloved mascot.

The Concept
In collaboration with the Brewmaster, we conceived the idea for an Imperial Wit, brewed during the midst of the pandemic when many felt at their wit's end while confined to their homes. The concept revolves around a businessperson squeezing stress balls, with their head exploding, symbolizing the collective frustration experienced during the COVID-19 era, particularly in relation to alterations in our work routines.
Social Media Video
In our social media video, we aimed to express our collective frustration with the COVID-19 pandemic. Our Brewmaster angrily flings gloves, symbolically burns masks, and releases stress by squeezing stress balls. The soundtrack for this video was generously provided by the Brewmaster's band, who mentioned that it's their favorite song to get hyped up to.
